Tuition payments comprise about 70 percent of the school’s operating budget. Tuition rates differ based on various factors such as grade level, the number of children enrolling, etc. and are at the discretion of the school administration.

Tuition is paid through FACTS Management and all families must register for FACTS. There are different options to pay for tuition: a one-time payment (discount would be applied), semi-annual payments, and monthly payments (July-April). All payment plans begin in July. Enrolling in FACTS is simple and secure.

TUITION ASSISTANCEThe Diocese of Pittsburgh offers income-based annual scholarships to help defray the cost of tuition. Anyone interested should apply for financial aid through FACTS Management. All information needed to apply for aid, including the link to the FACTS online application, is on the Diocesan website: https://diopitt.org/affordable
Tuition aid applications for the 2024-2025 school year are now being accepted. Applications are being accepted online through FACTS Management. FACTS charges a $25 application fee. To access the FACTS Grant and Aid application, click on the following link:

There are several types of financial aid available to our families: The Bishop's Education Fund (BEF) for students in K-8, K-8 Scholastic Opportunity Program (SOS), Preschool Scholastic Opportunity Scholarship Program (SOS), and Opportunity Scholarship Tax Credit Program (OSTC). To qualify you must apply for the Diocesan Financial Aid (BEF/SOS) scholarships. All Catholic families who are applying for the Bishop's Education Fund Scholarship, must fill out the Pastor Signature Sheet, have your Pastor sign it, and then return the form to the principal. If you do not submit the Pastor Signature Sheet below, you will not be considered for the Bishop's Education Fund.Please contact us for information on tuition and financial aid.
